Description
MaxCarrier™ HER2 Antibody Conjugate is used for the directed delivery of RNAi agents into cells expressing the HER2 receptor.

To generate RNAi agent bound to carrier moiety conjugated antibody, simply mix the RNAi agent with the conjugated antibody in the antibody storage buffer and incubate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Following the incubation the RNA/antibody complex can be diluted into a sterile saline solution and injected directly into the animal.

SPECIFICITY: Reacts with substantially purified p100, human neu related protein, the full-length HER2/neu molecule in tumor tissue (p185), or the extracellular domain (ECD) (p105) in the serum, plasma, cell cultures and fluids.
